I am Marianne Horn, the creator of Salub Alkaline Ice Lollies. It has taken me nearly three years to get from an idea to a finished product. The hardest part of the journey was finding a packaging that was eco friendly, reliable and freezable; luckily I found the answer! I finally came up with my flavour combinations after numerous taste tests. I spent my time during the pandemic experimenting flavours and building the concept. I wanted a product which is Fresh Simple and Raw, at the same time beneficial for good health and well being, echo friendly .
